The Lacoste Look.

The "Lacoste" look is very in this summer for guys. It's a simple look to get, and can be worn either casual or dressy. It only looks flattering on a certain build though, due to the shorter length of the shorts, or the rolled up style of jean. Remember, that for the short styled version of this look, you would need to wear shorts that go just a bit below mid thigh, otherwise it looks too grungy. For the top, a nice polo will usually work, as long as it's not from stores like Abercrombie, Aeropostale, American Eagle, or Hollister. Another good choice for a top would be a plain button down in a pastel colour, and make sure it is slim fit.
It is very easy to accessorize this look. You can add a straw fedora and a big gym style bag to your outfit for a more casual look. Or, for a classier dress look, you can add a blazer.

Another way to switch up this outfit is with the shoes. For the casual look go for a nice boat shoe, or white sneaker. And, for the dressy look go for a low soled pointed derss shoe in a brown or black. Sometimes a white dress shoe might even work.

The Skinny Jean.

Only a certain build of guy can pull off the skinny jean. On me, personally, it is the most flattering. On guys that can pull it off, it is the most flattering. A good pair of skinny jeans can show off your best assets.

When looking for a skinny jean, you don' want to get them too tight. You want to get them so that if pulled away from the leg, there is at least 1 inch of space between the fabric and the leg. A dark wash is a must in your jean collection, because you can wear them with anything. A dark skinny is especially nice, because you can wear them either casual or dressy. A black skinny is also nice for dressy, but when wearing a black skinny for more formal events, you might choose to get the ones with a bit of a shimmer in them. A light wash skinny looks really good for every day casual wear. Just shopping, or going about town.

For a nice casual-dress outfit, a plain white V-neck T, with a slim fit grey blazer over top and dark wash jeans is a good look.

I personally find that H&M's makes the best fit for a skinny jean, but you can't order them online.

The Plaid Shirt.

This spring/summer, the plaid shirt is a must for any guys wardrobe. It gives you that "relaxed/casual-cool" look. You can pair them with dark jeans, light-washed jeans, and dark shorts. One thing to avoid while wearing a plaid shirt, is to wear a wife-beater underneath, because it will give you more of a "hick" look.

To accessorize with a plaid shirt, you don't need much. You can either wear a plain white T (preferably v-neck, unless you don't have the chest to pull it off), or no shirt underneath. Try to avoid wearing any sort of necklace, but a leather bracelet would accent just right. For shoes, it would be good to go with a casual sneaker. Other accessories that would go well would be dark shades, and a fedora, depending on the make.

Getting that Look.

I am here to help all of you guys out there to get the right look. I will use celebrities pictures to give examples, and find links to where you can buy the clothes.

It is very important to me that guys dress nice. Seeing as I am one of the only guys I know that can actually put an outfit together, I feel that I can help others. No, I am not cocky, I just know I have good style.
